What is a mystery box?
Our mystery boxes are curated packages filled with boutique clothing and accessories. Each box is a surprise, but thoughtfully put together based on your size and preferences.
What kind of items will I receive?
Each box may include a mix of boutique items such as:
• tops
• bottoms
• dresses
• jackets or coats
• bags
• accessories
• home goods/decor
Every box is different, making it part of the fun.
How do I choose my size?
You’ll select your size before adding to cart. Sizing may vary depending on brand and fit. We do our best to curate pieces that align with your selected size. Our sizes are from S-3X.
Can I request specific items?
Because these are mystery boxes, we can’t guarantee specific items.
Are the items new?
Yes — items are from our boutique inventory and may include:
• new with tags
• overstock
• last pieces or discontinued styles
How many items come in each box?
• Mini Box → 2–3 items
• Classic Box → 4–6 items
• Deluxe Box → 6–9 items
• VIP Box → 10–14 items
How does the donation match work?
For every mystery box purchased, we donate boutique clothing of equal value to local charities in our community.
Your purchase helps support organizations that serve mothers, families, and women and children in need.
How long will this sale last?
This is a limited-time boutique liquidation event.
The sale will end on 7/1 or sooner if boxes sell out. Once it’s gone, it won’t be restocked.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
• Mini → $6.95
• Classic → $9.95
• Deluxe → $12.95
• VIP → $15.95
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.
If I order more than one box, will shipping be combined?
Each mystery box has a flat shipping rate based on its size and weight. If you order multiple boxes, shipping will be calculated per box and added together at checkout.
At this time, we do not offer combined shipping rates.
Can I return or exchange my box?
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on mystery boxes.
Will sizing be consistent?
Sizing may vary depending on brand and fit. We do our best to curate pieces that align with your selected size.
Will the packaging look exactly like the photos?
Box colors and packaging may vary from the pink box shown in product images depending on stock availability. The items inside and overall value will remain consistent.
