If you are ordering from outside of the U.S., we will only be accepting PayPal as a form of payment at this time. In the future we will start to accept credit card payments but currently PayPal will be the only form of payment we will accept for international sales.

• USPS International Standard Shipping

Orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment.

• USPS International Standard Shipping is the most economical method:
• $0 - $50 order: $20 shipping
• $50.01 - $75 order: $31 shipping
• $75.01 - $99 order: $41 shipping
• $100 or more order: $43 shipping
• $200 or more order: shipping is FREE*

*You must purchase a total of $200.00 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. If item(s) are returned, cancelled or exchanged and it brings your merchandise total below the offer's qualifying level, the remaining order's shipping value will be deducted from your refund. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable without consent by Sincerely Sweet Boutique. Valid on standard USPS shipping to USPS. deliverable addresses only. Not valid for P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Additional charges apply for priority or express shipping. Terms subject to change without notice.

• This shipping method does not have online tracking information.
• Please note that Sincerely Sweet Boutique assumes no responsibility for late or missing packages shipped out of country. International customers purchase at their own risk. Orders placed with this shipping method will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen.
• USPS Express International Shipping
• Orders typically arrive between 7-12 business days.
• Shipping cost varies by weight.

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery. International delivery times may also vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country.

We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.

If your items are eligible for a return (please see terms), please submit the Returns and Exchanges Online Form. Once we receive your online form, we will issue you a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Include the RMA number somewhere on the package or on the original packing slip with your return.

Please use standard rate shipping to send the package to us. Note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Sincerely Sweet Boutique, unless the return is based on a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped, in which case the shipping charge will be reimbursed. Pack and seal your return items securely (in the original package if possible). We recommend that you use a carrier that allows tracking and monitoring of delivery status for your returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Due to the level of return packages received, we will not be able to notify you when we receive your return, but we strive to process them quickly within 7-10 business days. We will e-mail you once everything is processed and completed. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method it was received. Shipping charges are not refundable.
