Returns Policy
  • We accept exchanges or returns request with RMA # within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
  • All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed with original tags attached.
  • All accessories, purses, hosiery, and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Swimwear can be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit only. No refunds are accepted.
  • Sale items are final sale.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Sincerely Sweet Boutique, unless the return is based on a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped, in which case the shipping charge will be reimbursed.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. For exchange items, you will not be charged shipping for the new items sent back to you. (U.S only)
  • Returns without return approvals with an R.M.A number are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Returns are processed 7-10 business days after being received. You will get an email notification once your refund has been issued. Emails are sent within 1-2 business days after request is received. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive within that timeframe. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee.

Please consider purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation for items shipped back to us as we not responsible for lost return packages.

Return Instructions

1. If your items are eligible for a return (please see conditions above), please log into your account online (if you did not register at checkout when you purchased the item, please go ahead now and register), click on the My Returns on the left bottom tab, and click on the Request New Return button.  Once we receive your request, we will issue you a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Requests will be responded in 1-2 business days after it is received and you will be notified by email. Please add contact@sincerelysweetboutique.com to your email contact list so our email does not go to your spam folder. Also, please check your spam folder if you do not receive within that timeframe or simply log into your account and check status under the My Returns tab.

2.Include the RMA number somewhere on the package or on the original packing slip with your return. In your My Returns tab, please confirm that you have shipped the return item back to us.

Your RMA number is valid for 10 business days. If we do not receive the requested return items back within that period, your request will be voided and you will no longer be able to make the return. If your package is received after that period, your return will be processed in the form of store credit.

Please use standard rate shipping to send the package to us. Note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Sincerely Sweet Boutique. Pack and seal your return items securely (in the original package if possible). We recommend that you use a carrier that allows tracking and monitoring of delivery status for your returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Due to the level of return packages received, we will not be able to notify you when we receive your return, but we strive to process them quickly within 7-10 business days. We will e-mail you once everything is processed and completed. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method it was received. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchange Instructions
 
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color if the item is available in stock. 
 
1. Please log into your account online (if you did not register at checkout when you purchased the item, please go ahead now and register), click on the My Returns on the left bottom tab, and click on the Request New Return button. Choose Exchange as the resolution option and submit. Once we receive your request, we will issue you a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. 
 

2. Include the RMA number somewhere on the package or on the original packing slip with your return. Pack and seal your exchange items securely (in the original package if possible) and mail it back to us. We recommend that you use a carrier that allows tracking and monitoring of delivery status for your returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. 

3. Print a copy of the form to include with your item for exchange.

4. In your My Returns tab when you log into your account, please confirm that you have shipped the return item back to us.

  • As soon as we receive your item to exchange, we will ship out your replacement item.
  • US orders only: Exchange shipping from Sincerely Sweet back to you is free!
  • If the desired exchange items are not available, we will issue a refund instead and you will be notified via email.
 
 Defective or Wrong items Sent
 
If the return is based on a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped, in which case the shipping charge will be reimbursed. Please log into your account online, click on the My Returns on the left bottom tab, and click on the Request New Return button. Choose Defective as the reason and indicate your resolution (whether you want an exchange, correct item to be shipped to you, store credit, or refund)  and submit. Once we receive your request, we will issue you a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number as well as a pre-paid shipping label to ship the item back to us. Once the item has been shipped back to us, we will process your request according to your resolution option.
