We scourge all over the world for products that we love and we know our customers will love too. Just see us as a fashion maven that passes our fashion finds to you.
A: Absolutely! Our SSL certificate has one of the highest encryption to protect all your sensitive information. Sincerely Sweet Boutique will never share your information with anyone else but the account holder. We recommend our customers to contact us via e-mai when inquiring about their orders to help prevent fraud. Remember: all we need to know so we can assist you with your order is your order number

A: We apologize for the inconvenience, please keep in mind our products are being imported from all over the world. The more popular the product, the higher the demand is; therefore, the quicker the product sells out. We do offer in-stock e-mail notifications. Please visit the product and click on the "In-Stock Notification" button. Our system will e-mail you as soon as we replenish our stocks.

Q: How do I apply my store credit?
A: First you will have to log into your account. In your account profile, you can see the balance amount of store credit you currently have. To use the store credit, simply add the things you want to buy into your cart and then click the "view cart" button on the top right cart light box. On the view cart page, you will see "Use store credit" on the bottom left with the amount. Click on it and your store credit will be applied to your checkout.
A: Sincerely Ours items are items designed and handcrafted with love and care by independent designers exclusively for Sincerely Sweet Boutique. Please note these items are handmade therefore no two items will look exactly the same. Sometimes a Sincerely Ours item is designed by our in-house designers and can be found only at our boutique.
A: Sincerely Handmade items are created by independent designers from all over the world. Each item is individually hand crafted with love and care. These items are limited in supply so snatch them up before they are gone!
A: Never! Sincerely Sweet Boutique is known for our friendly customer service and will-do attitude. We would never ignore our customers. There are several factors to what could have happened: Often times customers would missed a letter in their e-mail address which would cause our staff to get a "mail delivery failure" response when we try to respond to you. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct before you submit your question inquiry form. Also make sure you check your spam folder in case our reply accidentally got filtered in there.
A: Log into your account and click on “My Account” you can view all of your current and previous orders and their statuses.
A: Processing is the stage where we get your order ready to go.
A: We accept exchanges or returns postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was received.
All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed with original tags attached. All accessories, purses, hosiery, undergarments & swim wear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are final sale. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Sincerely Sweet Boutique. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs back to Sincerely Sweet Boutique. For exchange items, you will not be charged shipping for the new items sent back to you. (U.S only) Returns are processed 7-10 business days after being received. You will get an email notification once your refund has been issued.
A: RMA processing time may vary depending on the product and reason for the return but generally processing time is 2-5 business days once the RMA is received and meet all following criteria:
1.Return with RMA number clearly identified in shipping label or on package.
2.Return with all original tags and any accessories belonging to that item.
3.No physical damage caused by customer or by carrier.
A: Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. We will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Sincerely Sweet Boutique must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
A: It takes us approximately 3-4 business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement.
A: With first-class shipping, packages may get lost at times. However, most of the time, residents of the customer's household or neighbors may claim packages in their place and fail to inform them. This is 80% the case when we get an e-mail from a concerned customer wondering if their package is lost.
A: We usually process orders between 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. We typically ship in the mornings and early daytime (PST) to ensure a fast-shipping cycle so your package gets to you at the shortest amount of time possible.
A: We ship via the United States Postal Service and we offer Standard and Express shipping. For US Domestic orders, USPS Standard shipping typically arrives between 5-8 business days after shipment. The USPS Express shipping option can take between 1-2 business days after shipment.
A: Yes! Free shipping for purchases of $100.00 or more to anywhere in the US only.
